Pumpkin Blackbean Soup

Did you know that pumpkin is a giant source of vitamin A? Also a good source of fiber.

1/2 can pumpkin puree
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
about 1 c. water
2 cans black beans
1 c. corn

spice measurements are rough estimates:

1 large palmful of cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
garlic and onion flavorings to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together, except corn and simmer for 30 minutes. Add corn last 5-10 minutes
